The reservation department keeps in touch with the customer before and after departure, selecting and adapting the offer to the clients' requirements, then collecting opinions about the quality of our services. Guest services care to ensure that customers are greeted appropriately in the apartment and received useful tips about local attractions. The technical department, responding to current guest problems, ensures the highest comfort of stay.

 

In 2018, "Miko" was selected by Airbnb among all hosts in the world, as one of the seven best, distinguishing the largest number of guests served - over 42,000. The average rating for a stay at Miko is 4.9 / 5.
